Knowledge with humor. Guide relates well to his guests. Pay attention to meeting address. It’s a block away from Park Entrance.
My friend and I arrived 20 minutes late because we couldn’t catch a taxi and they were kind enough to allow us to join the next group. We were so relieved and grateful. Our guide was absolutely entertaining and informative. He explained aspects of Gaudi‘s art that made the experience really come alive.
Absolutely excellent thank you. The earphones to the microphone and following the umbrella made it a wonderful experience.
Our guide was great! She was very informative and engaging. Easy location to find for the start and everything ran on time. Highly recommend, especially if tickets are sold out.
Very bad experience. They spend their time changing appointment dates and times. They really gave us a hard time.
Hi, We're sorry that we had to reschedule the departure time of your tour. We try to minimize that as much as possible and in those cases we always contact our customers first to make sure that they can attend the tour at the new suggested time. We hope that you enjoyed the experience inside the park despite the change in schedule :-)
My friend and I booked with the Touring Pandas for a Guided Tour around Park Güell, and skipped the (very) long line to get in. Sara was our guide, she was born in Barcelona so her knowledge of the city and the Park was amazing! We had an ear piece and radio each to hang around our necks to be able to hear Sara (great, especially if we were at the back of the group). There were quite a few steps to walk up (understandable as the Park is built on an incline), so bear this in mind when you book; I did not see any wheelchair access areas, but that may be because I was taking too many photos of the lovely Park :-D The tour was around 45 minutes long, the cost of the tour included the tickets to the Park, and there was no limit to how much free time you had after the tour had finished (although the day we went, the Park closed at 10pm, so you need to be out by then lol). Sara told us that on Friday nights during the summer, Park Güell have concerts in the Grecian style area, which are included in the price of your ticket.
Albert was a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining tour guide. Park Guell is a wonderful example of Gaudi's amazing architecture. Loved all the mosiacs and thoughtfulness in design. You definitely need an informed guide, like Albert, or you would miss out on so much.
