To make sure everyone was informed, we sent the updated information to all participants both via WhatsApp and through the Viator chat system. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, some guests did not receive or see the notifications in time, which resulted in delays while the group was being reunited. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. However, we would like to emphasize that the schedule change was implemented solely to protect our guests' experience and to minimize the impact of circumstances entirely beyond our control. When a review becomes a Joke!!! “We would like to clarify that we are an accredited agency with the Vatican Museums and an authorized reseller. Every year, we are assigned a limited number of prepaid tickets, which allows us to guarantee our customers access with advance reservations, avoiding lines that can sometimes last up to 3 hours. In addition to saving time, we provide dedicated assistance and the certainty of being able to plan the visit without the risk of tickets being sold out. Tickets can indeed be purchased directly, if you find availability and take the time to do so, but not everyone has the time or the familiarity to manage that process. Furthermore, your booking was made through a travel agency platform, which applies additional fees beyond our own prices. You are the classic example of someone who seeks convenience but is unwilling to pay for it. We welcome constructive feedback, but it is important to underline that our service goes far beyond simply ‘skipping the line’.”
