Tour cancelled due to heat. We were not told until we got to the meeting spot. Our gps wasn’t directing us properly. We walked 10 minutes in the wrong direction before finally finding the meet up spot only to be told it was cancelled. A text to us would have been appreciated.

As soon as we were informed by the authorities, our team advised guests at the meeting point. We understand that receiving advance notice would have been helpful, but unfortunately, the decision was made on short notice. Natalie was our tour guide and she was very knowledgable. Be prepared to take steps, however that actually didn't take that long. The most frustrating part of the tour was waiting in line for the elevator to the top. I wish the Eiffel Tower was more organized in that way, but that is not the Tour Guide's fault at all. Good experience for a first timer.
