We were disappointed with this tour. Due to road closures, we weren't able to visit any of the DC monuments, which was one of the main reasons we booked it. It was also extremely hot. We were seated in the very back of the vehicle, facing backward, so we couldn't see the landmarks the driver was describing, which made it difficult to follow the tour. I was under the impression that there would be opportunities to get off the vehicle for photos, but that never happened. Instead, we mostly drove along Pennsylvania Avenue and passed the Capitol. The tour was also advertised as lasting two hours, but it ended after about an hour and a half. Overall, it did not meet our expectations and felt like a waste of money.
Excellent job by our guide Elmira. She was informed, excited about communicating with us. And, she did not politicize the tour

Guide had no microphone it was hard to hear what she was saying. Some roads were closed for the holiday celebrations and we were no able to see the monuments listed in the tour offering
We're sorry to hear Edward that the experience didn't meet your expectations. We understand how difficult it can be to follow the commentary without a microphone, and we'll be sure to share your comments with our team. Holiday road closures can also affect our planned route, and we regret that some of the advertised monuments weren't accessible during your tour. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience on a future visit. Hence, we still appreciate your feedback.
We had an awesome guide. She was fabulous, extremely knowledgeable. The company she works for should do better with logistics. They didn't have enough vehicles available at the start, so we started 20 minutes late.
What an awesome experience! Thank you Dan! We're also delighted to hear our guide made such a positive impression with her knowledge and enthusiasm. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the delayed start. A good tour with good information, however, you will not have much time to get out and look around. It is a good way to see where the monuments are located and get back to see them on your own.

Our goal is to provide a great overview of the city and its landmarks, and we're happy to hear it helped you get familiar with the monuments so you can explore them further at your own pace.
