En esta conveniente excursión de un día desde Madrid se puede disfrutar tanto de cata de vinos como explorar la hermosa zona. Pare en tres bodegas, que van desde medievales hasta de estilo moderno. Por un precio competitivo, tendrás acceso a catas de vino comentadas con los propios enólogos y snacks ("tapas") en cada una de las tres bodegas. Punto de encuentro: En la puerta principal de la cafetería del hotel Claridge, junto a la puerta principal del hotel. Plaza del Conde de Casal, 6, 28007 Madrid Estación de Metro más cercana: Conde de Casal (Línea 6) El uso de las instalaciones de la cafetería sólo está permitido a sus clientes. Por favor, no llegues tarde, el tour sale puntual. Calcula siempre que te llevará entre 10 y 20 minutos más de lo que dicen los mapas y planifica tu ruta hasta el punto de encuentro la noche anterior. Es posible incorporarse al grupo en la primera parada, pero cualquier coste adicional para ponerse al día es responsabilidad del cliente que no llegó a tiempo. Te recogerán en Madrid a las 9:15 horas y partirás hacia Ribera del Duero. El río Duero, también conocido como el río del vino, está a unas 2 horas de Madrid y es el hogar del tempranillo, la variedad de uva española más famosa (vinos tintos con mucho cuerpo y mucha fruta).
Este recorrido le brindará una experiencia excepcional, combinando nuevas y antiguas técnicas de vinificación, viñedos que crecen en condiciones climáticas extremas y el trabajo de familias que han convertido esta gran región en una de las regiones de vino tinto más populares del mundo. Déjanos acompañarte entre paisajes de contrastes de colores, vinos llenos de sabor y aromas, cocina tradicional y el patrimonio excepcional que aún se conserva en la región vinícola de la Ribera del Duero.
Harás una visita completa en la primera bodega, aprendiendo sobre la elaboración del vino en Ribera y entendiendo el vino tempranillo desde la uva hasta la botella. La primera parada será una de las bodegas más representativas de la región, donde degustarás la frescura y elegancia de sus vinos de crianza, sintiendo la extraordinaria complejidad de esta tierra. Segunda Bodega: La segunda bodega que visitamos está en armoniosa modernidad con el entorno; está abierto a los viñedos. Este vínculo entre el interior y el exterior es una declaración de la necesaria funcionalidad de los espacios, la naturaleza y la historia. Todo se erige como un nuevo concepto de vino. Siempre seleccionamos bodegas diferentes, mezclando tradición y modernidad, para lograr un conocimiento amplio de una de las regiones vitivinícolas más famosas del mundo. Cada parada te traerá una sorpresa y aprenderás sobre la elaboración tradicional del vino, la arquitectura moderna y las producciones limitadas que hacen vinos especiales. Habrá tiempo libre para almorzar a su elección (el almuerzo no está incluido en el precio del tour: no imponemos un menú). Puedes almorzar en un restaurante tradicional con varias opciones de comida regional castellana que van desde tapas, un almuerzo ligero o un almuerzo completo de 3 platos (presupuesto aprox.: tapas 12/15€, completo 3 platos 30€). Tercera bodega: una bodega subterránea medieval, con una longitud total de unos 4 km y excavada a unos 40 ft de profundidad (redes de increíbles túneles que recorren el subsuelo de la ciudad y que están destinados a la conservación de los vinos que se elaboran desde la Edad Media). It was so much fun to tour Ribera del Duero with Enrique. Logistics were easy, and wine servings were generous/tasty. Enrique also did a great job finding a good lunch spot for our group. One downside is we did the tourn in June and -- even though we had a Mercedes van -- it was hard to keep the back of the van cool throughout the trip.

The experience was impressive. Our guide/driver Ismael was excellent. The three wineries we visited welcomed us warmly and made us feel part of their story. A truly immersive and cultural experience. Excellent service everywhere, from the moment they pick you up to the wineries and until they drop you off at the hotel.

Visited 3 wineries for this day tour with Enrique. He has very good knowledge about the region and the wines. He is willing to share any information. He is also a good bridge as a translator (with his wine knowledge) for the Spanish speaking winery personnel and owner. The tour covers 3 wineries of different profiles and the sites are interesting (the bonus is in the last one). The only comment is that the company should pay the wineries for us to try better wines, after all it’s not expensive on site. Don’t serve us 10-20Euro bottles. Only one out of the 3 wineries, we got to taste 60 dollars bottle. Maybe the company should check out the profile and the experience of its future customers to cater for better wine appreciation. Travel that far and drink cheap wine is a bit of a let down.
