One of the best experiences on our Sicily trip, hands down. Patrizia has been a very knowledgeable guide, authentic and passionate about the art of Sicilian cuisine. You will learn much more than just cooking a meal. Highly recommend it!

We recently had a private cooking class with Patrizia. She was warm and welcoming from our first meeting in the piazza. She first took us to some shops near her home to buy ingredients for our class. We then cooked with her in her cozy loft and made the most delicious dishes. Patrizia is very knowledgeable and talented on all things wine, food and Sicilian. We definitely feel as if we have made a new friend in Sicily.

Great experience. Patrizia was a wonderful guide and host. All the meals we made and tasted were delicious. A experience we would gladly do again. Highly recommend both the cooking class and private chef/dinner options if you visit Palermo.

Patrizia is so special. When someone loves their work as much as Patrizia the classes, shopping for food and touring Palermo becomes a special event.
