Pase el día visitando el Giraffe Center, hogar de la jirafa Rothschild en peligro de extinción. Escuche sus historias en un recorrido privado. Si lo solicita, sin costo adicional de transporte, nos complace llevarlo al orfanato de elefantes para que vea a los bebés elefantes que fueron rescatados por muchas razones.

Itinerario
Después de un recojo de su hotel, residencia a las 9 a.m., el recorrido comienza con una visita al centro de jirafas. Aquí puedes ver las magníficas criaturas y aprender por qué están en peligro de extinción. también aprenderá sus comportamientos, rasgos y más educación sobre conservación. Si lo solicita y sin costo adicional de transporte, nos complace llevarlo al orfanato de elefantes (15 USD POR PERSONA) para ver a los elefantes bebés que fueron rescatados. El orfanato de elefantes acepta 200 personas por día y debe notificarnos para confirmar la disponibilidad con suficiente anticipación.
Si lo solicita, sin costo adicional, lo llevarán a la fábrica de Kazuri Beads. Esta es una empresa de cerámica que fabrica uno de los abalorios más bellos del mundo. Se le mostrarán todas las etapas desde el principio hasta el final. También es una fábrica única, ya que emplea a madres solteras de barrios pobres que se ganan la vida para mantener a sus familias. Después de esto, podemos llevarte a algún lugar a almorzar y luego dejarte.

This is a great half day tour if you don’t have a lot of time. The elephant centre is only open for one hour so it can be quite busy with people if you arrive early, don’t panic you will get in! Was great to hear about the work that they do for these orphans to prepare them to go back to the wild. We went to the giraffe centre first at 9am and it was quieter and just amazing to see these beautiful animals up close. We were on a tight schedule and David our guide was great.

I enjoyed feeding the giraffes at giraffe center, hearing the stories of all the animals at Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and listening to the inspirational stories at the Bead Factory. Overall, it was an amazing experience and my tour guide Calvin was amazing.

This is a great place to visit and experience. You get to feed the giraffes and learn about the giraffes. Facilities are nice and although it seems it’s always busy it’s worth a visit

The staff were very knowledgeable. Our speaker gave my group a talk on the center and the giraffes. Feeding the giraffes was amazing and it was set up in a great structured manner.

After my tea plantation tour was cancelled due to the lockdown, the company made a suggestion to spend the day around Nairobi. Chris picked me up. What a fine young man he is! We went the the giraffe centre, beads factory and Karen museum. After that we had a great lunch. We drove via a slumb back to the hotel. Thank you for making a plan. I had a great day!!
