El guía os esperará a la entrada de las excavaciones para conduciros por un itinerario que os hará admirar la antigua ciudad sepultada por la erupción del Vesubio en el 79 d.C., a través de los principales puntos de interés como el Anfiteatro, la Palestra dei Gladiadores, las residencias de los exuberantes jardines, las tiendas de la famosa via dell'Abbondanza, hasta el Foro con sus edificios públicos.

If you are planning a trip to Pompeii and want a really knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, you cant do better than Roberta. We had a fantastic 3 hour tour of the site, she provided fascinating insight into life at the time. We would highly recommend Roberta.
Neither my husband nor I are experts in history so we fear being bored... but it was quite the opposite! We had an incredible time with Roberta!! She is a true expert on Pompeii and clearly passionate about history. She catered the tour to our group's interests and kept it interesting and informative. Not all of us are history buffs but she made it so we all enjoyed and had a lot of fun. We especially appreciated that she took us to an area where an active dig is taking place, which we never would have found on our own. The time flew by but we could have spent all day with Roberta!! Also, before the tour it was very easy to communicate with her. I HIGHLY recommend Roberta and will seek her out for other tours when we return to the Naples area.
