A tour with Natalia Solovyeva in the Vatican left an extremely unpleasant impression. We weren't warned in advance about the long queues and that there might not be enough time for tickets. When it became clear that we could not keep up, no help or a clear solution was offered — only annoyance and accusations against customers. As a result, Natalia Solovieva received money for the service actually not rendered, and when we raised the issue of even a partial refund, she refused and began to express herself offensively. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

What you described regarding the delayed start, confusion over ticket allocation, and inconsistent pricing is not the level of service we aim to provide. Really enjoyed this tour in Russian. My sister doesn’t speak English so I’ve booked this Russian speaking tour because of that, she absolutely loved it and so did I. Very informative and professional, fabulous guide, highly recommended for Russian speakers.
