Podrá visitar una zona natural protegida y ver cómo es posible encontrar un equilibrio entre la flora, la fauna y el ser humano. Nuestro lanchas motoras están en perfectas condiciones y estamos trabajando con Sernanp, la organización gubernamental, para proteger y desarrollar la zona. Estará con leones marinos salvajes en su hábitat natural y también podrá aprender sobre las aves, los pingüinos de Humboldt, la naturaleza y la cultura; las islas son un resumen de la historia del Perú. Podrá disfrutar de aperitivos de cortesía y llevar nuestros trajes de neopreno a bordo para zambullirse en el agua y disfrutar. De hecho, no está obligado a nadar si no lo desea. Disfrute de esta respetuosa experiencia de 2,5 horas para toda la familia.

Great experience BUTTT READ first: Pros: - the history tour - the views of the surrounding islands - whale sightings if lucky like us - best views of Lima Cons - huge waves that will make most sea sick. - the foul smell from the bird poop on the islands is very bad. - they didnt provide goggles or snorkel gear. We were the ONLY people on our boat to see underwater because we actually brought our own luckily. Why they wouldnt provide goggles to all guests is beyond me. Great tour just come preparred.

Regarding the waves, unfortunately, sea conditions are completely beyond our control and can vary from day to day. The strong smell around the islands is also a natural part of visiting a protected natural reserve, home to thousands of sea lions and seabirds. As for the equipment, our activity is a sea lion swimming experience, not a snorkeling or diving tour. For this reason, we provide wetsuits and life jackets, but we do not provide snorkeling masks or goggles. Guests are always welcome to bring their own if they wish to have a better view underwater. We were excited to go on this trip because it had so many positive reviews, but in the end we were a bit disappointed. I'm not sure whether it was because one of our children was sick or because the boat was overcrowded. It was amazing to see the sea lions up close, but we decided not to swim. Honestly, it didn't look very safe, even though almost everyone else jumped into the water. As we approached the island, there was a terrible smell because of the huge sea lion colony, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, I think a private boat would be a much better option, especially if you're traveling with kids. It would likely be a more comfortable and enjoyable experience than joining a large group tour.

Because of this, the natural smell can sometimes be quite strong, especially depending on the wind conditions that day. We completely understand that a private tour can often be a more comfortable option, particularly for families with children, as it offers a more personalized experience. However, we hope that despite the inconveniences, seeing the sea lions in their natural habitat was still a memorable experience and one that made the trip worthwhile. Our tour guide and captain, Rodolfo and Francisco, were absolutely wonderful. Very kind, knowledgeable, and full of jokes and fun facts. The actual swimming with the sea lions was a wonderful once in a lifetime experience. That being said the water on the day we went out was VERY choppy. I regretted not taking medicine for motion sickness in advance. I would also recommend bringing a mask or some kind of facial covering, part of the tour goes past islands covered in guano and the smell is extremely pungent. Overall a great way to spend a day! My whole family had a blast. I just wish we had been better prepared.

Bring sunscreen! park fee is 11 soles not 4. Guides are great. Very unique experience. Water is cold but the wetsuits provided help.

The entrance fee to the protected natural area is 11 Peruvian soles, which is approximately 4 US dollars depending on the exchange rate. We’re glad you enjoyed the experience! We saw amazing wildlife including a humpback whale, Humboldt penguins, dolphins, sea lions and numerous bird species. The high light was interacting with the friendly and curious sea lions.

We could not have asked for a better experience than what we got. Everything was very organized and it was a smooth operation. Our guide, Rodrigo, was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and was an overall fun host. This was a very cool experience if you're a nature lover. Even though we only saw a handful of penguins and they were pretty far away, and there was only one or two sea lions swimming through the water when we were there, but it's nature, so not like the guides can force them to interact. You are still able to get up close to the rock where there are hundreds or thousands of them hanging out and watch them. Just floating around in the Pacific and being in that setting was amazing. It's a very wavy ride though (or at least was when we went) so if you're even remotely prone to motion sickness, make sure you take something before going!
