Una emocionante excursión en un barco con fondo de cristal donde los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de observar las villas sumergidas de Baia, como las Terme del Lacus, la Villa a Protiro y el Ninfeo de Claudio. Espléndidos y únicos mosaicos, algunos incluso policromados, adornan las habitaciones y los antiguos baños donde se alojaban o se alojaban los antiguos romanos. Los mosaicos, descubiertos por uno de los buceadores del Parque Arqueológico Sumergido de Baia, serán explicados detalladamente por el guía a bordo, quien también hablará sobre historia, arqueología y naturaleza. Como alternativa, podrá admirar las hermosas estatuas de la ciudad sumergida. Posteriormente se realizará un recorrido a lo largo de la costa con la posibilidad de admirar desde el mar el Oasis Naturalista de Monte Nuovo y el Castillo Aragonés de Baia, el famoso Museo Arqueológico de los Campos Flégreos. Luego te dejarás mimar por las olas del mar con el sonido de la dulce música que lo acompaña y podrás observar Capo Miseno y también Rione Terra visto desde el mar.

Los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de observar las villas hundidas de Baia, como Terme del Lacus o Villa a Protiro. Espléndidos y singulares mosaicos, algunos de ellos policromados, adornan las estancias y antiguas termas donde se alojaban o hospedaban los antiguos romanos. Los mosaicos serán descubiertos por uno de los buceadores del Parque Arqueológico Sumergido de Baia mientras el guía a bordo habla de historia, arqueología y naturaleza.
Los participantes podrán admirar la costa desde el mar y conocer la historia del castillo aragonés de Baia.
Durante el recorrido por la costa, se podrá admirar el Monte Nuovo desde el mar, conociendo su historia y sus leyendas

The archaeologist explained the site to us in detail, what we were seeing, and the different transformations of the area during various historical periods, never becoming wordy but capturing our attention. Since you cannot drop anchor so as not to ruin the archaeological ruins, the rolling of the ship while looking down might bother those who are not used to it. Visibility cannot be predicted and some currents ruin the experience a bit, but luckily the explanation was sufficiently comprehensive.
We were unlucky, because of weather conditions visibility was so poor.
You honestly have to do this transparent keel boat trip to the sunken city of Baia! It was such a highlight of my week and a lovely way to stay cool on a really hot day. Our guide, Alessandra, is an archaeologist and she was brilliant—she shared so many cool facts that brought the ruins to life.The group was only small, so the boat felt really spacious and relaxed. The sea was completely calm, so we could see the ancient mosaics so clearly under the water. It was just amazing to look down and see that much history right there. I really recommend this trip!

I booked with friends the route I had already taken several years ago, unfortunately discovering only after the tour was over that the mosaics are no longer visible. It is strange to read a review from last week in which the viewing of the mosaics was allowed. Before booking, it is advisable to ask thoroughly.
The boat setup is great and well thought out. The archeologist explaining the history of the area and the different underwater artifacts is very knowledgable and thorough. I would highly recommend this unique experience.
Unique experience; the mosaics are clearly visible and have been kept in excellent condition. The guide and the skipper were kind and attentive throughout the journey. Additionally, I was able to bring my small to medium-sized dog, who enjoyed the visit with us 100%; I recommend it to everyone.
