Despite our insistence with the guide to buy entrances to the inside of the Pyramid from the beginning of the excursion, he did not listen to us. As a result, when finally it was proposed to us, the line was too long and the time remaining not enough, we had to give up! This is very disappointing, and I do not understand this lack of listening and customer service!

The experience visiting the pyramids was very beautiful, our guide explained each place we saw and its history, then gives you time to explore and take photos, we climbed on a camel ride with wonderful views, generally very attentive people and friendly to the tourist. I went with my wife and I had a nice experience. Thank you to everyone who participated in this experience, including the driver.

Paid for a VIP private tour as I have social anxiety, the price was expensive but for what was advertised I thought it was best. Got picked up to find out that the tour was NOT a private tour and they had paired me with someone else. The guide was not very knowledgeable, he constantly repeated factually incorrect information. The price does not include everything as advertised! To get to the panoramic view point you have to go by camel, which you had to pay an additional 1000 Egyptian pounds. They were guided by children who also took the pictures. The pictures were not good, they also insisted on taking pictures of me with the complete stranger on the tour with me! I had to delete every picture they took they were that bad! when I wanted to get off the camel to take my own pictures they outright refused at first and then pestered me for a tip for the awful pictures that they took for which I refused. The tour guide was then insistant we go back to take good pictures, I repeatedly refused as I was made to feel really uncomfortable, but after repeated pestering I eventually agreed. The pictures the tour guide took were not any better! He was however very polite throughout and wanted to help in any way possible. Just didn't listen. The tour did last longer than advertised, which nearly made me late for my pre booked evening meal. They also took me to several shops not advertised where they basically tried to get me to buy things I did not want or ask for.

Mahmoud Kamell was an excellent guide. I had a great tour. Appreciate the timely pickup and all the information Mahmoud had about everything. Highly recommend!

The day was fabulous our guide Wary was on time and beyond knowledgeable and really nice !! You can ride the camels for an extra cost. Just know at the end. There is a papyrus museum (a store) and a Lotus museum (another store) where you kind of have to buy ...... we did but as a tourist you may decline if your not looking to shop.

Mahmoud provided insight regarding the development of the pyramids and the architecture and engineering- shedding new light on the massive construction. In addition, he understands the culture of the workers around the pyrrsmids and is able to navigate the obstacles.
