Nos trasladaremos desde Fábrica la Aurora para visitar nuestro viñedo favorito. Comenzaremos nuestro recorrido explorando los hermosos jardines del lugar, mientras admiramos la arquitectura de la hacienda. Nos sumergiremos en la historia del vino en México y conoceremos los orígenes de este viñedo. Además, aprenderemos sobre las variedades de uvas cultivadas y las condiciones favorables que Guanajuato ofrece para su crecimiento. Continuaremos nuestra aventura explorando el área de producción, donde nos adentraremos en el fascinante proceso de elaboración del vino. Después, nos dirigiremos a la bodega, donde se lleva a cabo la crianza y maduración de los vinos. Fun and informative. Guide was very thorough and gave plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful landsacape
Leo was our very friendly driver who also showed us points of interest along the way. “Stephanie” was our tour guide and was very friendly and informative. We were the only people there because it’s by appt only. The wine was very good and we’ve been to many wineries in California and the wines were comparable to CA wines. The only negative is that we couldn’t try other wines other than the ones they gave us. Because of that they might have missed some more sales.
Everyone was very kind, the facilities were very beautiful, and the wine tasted incredible!!! Very good experience
It was the most beautiful vineyard I’ve ever seen, and everything was set up perfectly. If I may make one comment, however, it is that when the wine tastings are done and Stephanie (?) has given the information and is waiting for you to taste, she plays on her phone. I find that a little unprofessional other than that top-notch experience.

The winery we were taken to was small beautiful winery. They specialize in hosting weddings. The driver was excellent and patient even though our lunch went a little over time.

From the moment Leo picked us up, the experience was warm and seamless. He was an absolute delight and set the perfect tone for the day. Once we arrived, Estephanie took us through everything: the grounds, the production facilities, and the cellar, all with the kind of depth and enthusiasm that makes you actually absorb what you’re learning. What stood out most was her passion, not just for wine, but for the winery itself. She spoke with genuine appreciation for the dedication the owners have poured into building this place, and that love for it was contagious. Her guided pairings were thoughtful and well-explained, leaving us with a much deeper appreciation for what was in our glass. Beautiful property, beautiful wines, and even better people. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful day with our friends tasting wine at two beautiful wineries. The wine FAR exceeded our expectations. We also had an incredible meal at one of the wineries. Our driver, winery somaliers and tour guides were excellent. The ease of arranging the tour and making adjustments also exceeded expectations.
