Itinerario
Tendremos la opción de ascender uno de los volcanes más activos de Sudamérica con una altura de 2.847 metros. En la ascensión podemos vivir el alpinismo en diferentes fases, desde andar con bastones hacia la cumbre, hasta hacer senderismo con crampones y piolet en zonas más expuestas, donde siempre con el apoyo de nuestros guías expertos, se vivirá una experiencia de montaña significativa. vivido. En la cumbre podemos observar claramente la actividad de este volcán sagrado a través de su fumarola y si el clima nos lo permite, quizás podamos observar el magma incandescente en su interior. En el descenso, las vistas panorámicas de los lagos de la zona y la geografía del lugar, nos darán una clara información del entorno natural único en el que nos encontramos. Podremos bajar tramos deslizándonos en toboganes de nieve. Subiremos 1.700 metros de desnivel, con posibilidad de tomar un telesquí en el primer tramo. 3 horas del tiempo mencionado son para traslados hasta este punto

Such an incredible experience! I’m studying abroad in Villarrica and wanted to climb the volcano before I departed. This exceeded my expectations.
What a fantastic day! It was a challenging but fun hike up, with some incredible views, one of the most rewarding experiences I had while in Chile! The experience was made even better by the guides, who were the ultimate mix of professionalism, motivation and fun!

If you’re planning this trip, I would recommend this company. We were welcomed by a member of staff in the office the day before who explained very clearly how the day would be organised so that we knew what to bring/what would be provided. On the day, with a group of eight people we had three guides. This was helpful as some people wanted to walk all the way and others use the ski lift for the first section. The weather was challenging but we made it to the top! All the guides were very encouraging and supportive at difficult times. Lots of advice was given to make the ascent as easy as possible.
The climb up Volcan Villarrica was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of my trip to Chile! Everything was perfectly organized from the equipment and safety briefing to the entire execution of the tour. Our guides were extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They took great care of us the whole time, kept us motivated, shared lots of interesting information, and always made sure we were safe. We felt secure and well looked after at every moment. I definitely recommend this trip! The guides were fantastic - they explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and supported each person individually whenever needed. On top of that, they were such a lovely and friendly team! The climb was very well organized, and the experience of reaching the top of the volcano was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. The hike was excellently organized, there were many tips on the hiking technique and the surroundings and the downhill with the sleds made a lot of fun! Our guide Francis was the best we could get. Without them, our hike would have been half as much fun! I can definitely recommend the tour!
