Durante las actividades, probarás 6 bebidas de café diferentes (desde café negro puro hasta las más icónicas con ingredientes) y las historias/orígenes detrás de ellas. Siempre hay motivos, situaciones de fondo relacionadas con cada una de las bebidas. Comprenderá más sobre la historia de Vietnam a través de la degustación de café, así como las características de las personas de diferentes partes del país reflejadas en las bebidas. El café no es sólo una bebida, sino que es mucho más importante para nosotros. Practica preparar el café tú mismo. Aprenderá cómo usar "Phin" (gotero de café tradicional vietnamita), junto con los métodos para preparar las bebidas de café icónicas del sur y norte de Vietnam (el "Ca phe sua" - café con leche condensada y "Ca phe trung " - café con huevo). Estarás listo para prepararlos en casa fácilmente con mis sabrosas recetas/consejos, un experimentado entrenador de control de calidad/barista. En definitiva, un panorama completo de todo lo que necesitas saber sobre el café vietnamita.

During the class , I tried 6 different coffee drinks (from pure black coffee to the most iconic ones with ingredients) and the stories / origins behind them. There’re always reasons, background situations connected to each of the drink. I was made to understand more about Vietnam history through the coffee tasting, as well as the people characteristics from different parts of the country reflexes on the drinks. Coffee is not just a drink here in Vietnam. I got to know How to use “Phin” (traditional Vietnamese coffee dripper), together with the methods to make the iconic coffee drinks from different parts of Vietnam. Our host was gracious, brimming with knowledge and made me appreciate the Vietnamese coffee culture so much more.
If you want to have an amazing experience knowing the coffee journey you HAVE to do it with Quynh. My friends and I had the best moment of our trip here. He explains everything with so much pasion and details. His workshop is sooooo cool and we prepared and tried the best coffees! Couldn't be happier with this experiencia. Highly recommend it!!!

Quynh is a wealth of knowledge and he's coffee experience is a must do if you enjoy Vietnamese coffee and can even teach you how to create coffee from your own home
Quynh was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all things coffee. He explained the history, production, and the future of coffee globally as well as from a Vietnamese perspective. The coffees we made were delicious and I can't wait to impress my friends with what I learned.
