Great ride and service at the airport. Our flight was cancelled and rebooked. Viator reached out right away and made sure we had a ride on arrival. The service was amazing!

Cabo Airport Shuttle is the best! On time, dependable, friendly, excellent drivers. We have used them for over 10 years and will never use anyone else! They even remembered the car seat for my granddaughter :)

Van was on time waiting for us at the airport. Driver was friendly and a good driver. He loaded and unloaded all the luggage and helped us out of the van. There was 5 of us and lots of luggage, glad we got the van instead of the SUV. And the beer was cold.

The greeter at terminal 5 was dismissive and not pleasant. Not a great way to welcome guest on vacation. Our driver however was very nice.

On our last day we had the pleasure of having Henry as our driver from our RIU Baja California to the airport. The drive was safe and he was very hospitable. We plan to return for a visit in 2026 and having Henry as a driver will be a priority when we plan transportation.
