I had to cancel my trip. I did so we'll within the time allowed to have my $150 deposit returned. I still haven't received it and they blocked me from their WhatsApp. They are a complete rip off. I would steer clear of this scam.
Unfortunately, this is an incident that is not related to my company. Unfortunately, since the war began in October 2023, tourism to Israel has stopped and I have not received any invitations through the website, as has already happened. This is probably an incorrect association of the feedback with my home page. We hope for better days and that we will return quickly to show you beautiful Israel.
I wrote an earlier email regarding the City Cruises company in Poole. Now they have the fulll facts they have offered a ticket each for my friend and I for a Harbour Cruise ....exceeding the value of my complaint....so they have stepped up to the plate and my complaint has been resolved . I am satisfied with the final outcome.
I recently rent a car online by economy booking in tel aviv israel. Everything I was supposed to pay was mentioned on site and I agree to it. Nonetheless to say that's not what happened. I was charged 84$ for mandatory insurance even though at office I decline any insurance as I am fully insured by my credit card and personal insurance. This is a real cash grab . And not only that I was charged for excess protection about 61$ more. I definitely mot recommend this car rental. I have rent car by the past in same location by a different cie and what I was booked for it wasn't different when returning car. Service was awful also. No consideration for clients.
This feedback is not related to me or the services I offer, I am a tour guide in Israel and I do not engage in car rentals.
We really enjoyed having a private tour. Avi was very amenable and had a great wealth of knowledge to share. The pace of the trip is really dependent on your needs and he made sure to be in tune with us.
I can only say that my last trip to VANUATU has regained my faith in human nature and that the country is made of better and kinder people than the rest of the world. I was treated so well and by so many people that I pray I go back soon. From free breakfasts at the "COFFEE TREE CAFE" to a free night at the "BLUE PANGO" Pango road. These people know how to treat travelers in need. God bless them.
