Viaje panorámico a las montañas, cuevas y ríos Velebit en el área de Zadar
Descripción
Permíteme llevarte a un emocionante viaje turístico de un día completo que también incluye algunas caminatas a varios puntos de interés, durante las cuales visitaremos montañas, cuevas y ríos de la zona de Zadar. Nuestro énfasis estará en la cordillera de Velebit, protegida por la UNESCO, la más hermosa de Croacia, que ofrece paisajes y vistas fantásticos. Primero visitaremos los atractivos miradores del puente Maslenica y el río Zrmanja. Luego cruzaremos la cordillera de Velebit por la histórica Master's Road y pasaremos por debajo de los pintorescos acantilados de piedra caliza de Tulove Grede, donde haremos una caminata fácil y pintoresca de 1,30 h de duración con excelentes vistas. Desde allí continuaremos por la cordillera de Velebit y descenderemos por su lado norte densamente boscoso hasta la región montañosa de Lika y procederemos a visitar la hermosa Cerovačke Špilje (Cuevas de Cerovac) (la entrada a ambas cuevas cuesta 15 € o 18 € a mediados de la temporada de verano). Después de la visita a la cueva cruzaremos Velebit nuevamente y descenderemos al río Zrmanja para darnos un refrescante baño en sus aguas cristalinas (temporada de verano).

Aleksander took us on a special hike tailored for us since it was just 2 of us. He was chatty, nice, funny, and we had a lovely day. Then he helped us find a auto repair shop to fix our brakes. He called them directly and set it up for us. He went above and beyond and we highly recommend booking with him.
Alexander was a great and enthusiastic guide. He not only brought us to as many hidden places as we interested in, he also gave us the historical and scientific context for the locations we visited. It’s a great trip, I can imagine how much fun it would be to swim in the Summer.
Great tour❣️ Alexander picked us up on time at our hotel for our personal day of touring for the two of us. Alexander gave us options for the tour according to our interest…we chose hiking in the Velebit Range, the lower cave, and the river. He shared his passion and knowledge of geography, topography, Croatia, weather, and history of these areas. It was such a personal day of interaction, sharing, and exploring. It was these reasons why we thought this was our favorite tour out of eight tours we have taken this trip of both Italy and Croatia! Did I mention we are 70 years old?
Nice day trip that offers different scenic landscape and other sides of Croatia. Mountain in October looks simply awesome. Guide is passionate with hiking and can share many other local stories. Happy to have opted for this tour.
Our guide, Aleksandar, was very knowledgeable. The stops that we made were beautiful. The guide stopped at several scenic places for us to take beautiful photos. Climbing up the mountain trails, he went at our pace. We were able to stop and take photos and ask questions along the route. The trip to the caves was just over an hour and on the way we stopped at a natural spring and filled up our waterbottles. The caves were located on the hill above the parking lot, so it was a little hike up the hill to get to the entrances, but well worth the additional hike. We enjoyed the cool temperatures in the caves and the beautiful formations that the caves had in them. The river was beautiful. It has several small waterfalls in it and was breathtaking! Wonderful experience!! Highly recommended!!
