Este tour gastronómico es la introducción perfecta a la ciudad, combinando su historia, cultura y gastronomía en una experiencia única. Reúnase con su guía y grupo en el centro histórico y sumérjase directamente en la vida matutina veronesa. Su primera parada es una querida cafetería para el desayuno clásico : Espresso maridado con Risino, una pastelería tradicional que los lugareños han disfrutado durante generaciones. Mientras paseas por calles encantadoras, tu guía comparte las historias detrás de los lugares que aman los lugareños. Visitará una Osteria histórica para degustar albóndigas hechas a mano preparadas con recetas de larga data, para luego instalarse en una acogedora Trattoria para la estrella de la cocina veronesa : risotto all'Amarone, infundido con el apreciado vino Valpolicella de la región. El viaje continúa en un elegante bar de vinos, donde una cata guiada de 3 vinos locales revela por qué la tradición vinícola de esta región se celebra en todo el mundo. ¿Tu última parada? Una gelatina artesanal para el final dulce perfecto de tu mañana.

Siga a su amante de la comida local, viva una experiencia única y, como un verdadero local, comience el día de la manera correcta bebiendo un auténtico espresso italiano. Así es como comienza este viaje culinario y, después de un breve paseo cerca de la majestuosa Arena, profundizará en las delicias locales originales.
Después de un comienzo muy italiano, te espera un aperitivo clásico. Harás una parada en una de las "Osterie" más tradicionales de la ciudad, donde saborearás algunos productos locales, como Soppressa (un tipo de salami), queso Monte Veronese y los famosos cicchetti de Verona.

Our guide Alessandra was friendly, knowledgeable and the food/wine well curated. We stopped for coffee and pastries, meatballs, risotto, wine tasting and gelato. All lovely! We found out lots about Verona and the region.

Amazing trip! We traveled by train from Venice to Verona in the morning. It was a bit of a walk from the train station to the meeting point but a beautiful and safe city.
