It was a great emotion! A wonderful theater... with the audio guide we discovered many curiosities while comfortably seated in the audience, but not in front as the path stops halfway through the audience. Cost 12€. Unfortunately, no boxes were open (for safety reasons as they explained to me), but the royal stage is truly splendid! There is also a bookshop. On the second floor are the wonderful and large rooms. The visit lasts about 40 minutes, but you can stay as long as you want. Closing at 6 PM.

Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you again on another memorable visit.
I am not normally a fan of audio guides, but this one for La Fenice was exceptional. And walking into the theater is kind of like was a small child must feel when the see the castle at Disneyland. It truly blows you away. We highly recommend this experience.
Dear CarolnRobb, Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your visit to La Fenice and found the audio guide exceptional. It's especially rewarding to know that the beauty of the theater left such a memorable impression. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to assist you again on your future travels.
This opera house was rebuilt most recently in 2003 after a 1996 fire apparently caused by arson set by the electricians. The building is spectacular but the audio guide was very boring and frankly unhelpful. There was a section on Maria Callas which was completely useless. Just read the Wikipedia page for all the important information and enjoy the beauty of this opera house. Make sure to go upstairs and sit in the Royal Box, which was created for Napoleon.
Dear suesW5671GT, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to learn that the audio guide did not meet your expectations. Thank you again for your review and for sharing your recommendations with future visitors.
The theater was awesome. The problem was that I never received the ticket from Viator, just a voucher. The people in the ticket office could not find a ticket either so I had to pay again for a new ticket to see La Fenice.

Don’t book this tour. Viator doesn’t tell you that you need to check the calendar to see if the Theatre is open to tours. However, they are happy to take your money for a tour you cannot use!

Easy to get tickets with the operator. Theater was beautiful and had some interesting history, but overall the experience felt short relative to the cost. Still, happy we got to see it.
