I would not book this tour again. The audio has nothing to do with a tour led by locals, as stated. The AI translation is poor, and you need to have the tour page open to listen to the audio without interruption. The map only shows the sights and not your own location, so you need Google Maps to be guided through the alleys of Venice. You constantly switch between audio and Google Maps to either listen to something or stay on track, or even to take a photo. It was just exhausting, and we canceled the "tour."
Ciao! We're sorry you didn't enjoy our Venice experience (even though it's one of the most popular guides)! Our idea is to use Google Maps integration (one of the best online navigation tools) and, once you reach the attraction, listen to the audio. Was ok. I wish there was a little more information on each place. Most recordings were around 60 seconds.

It was our first time in Venice, and we were only there for one day. Thanks to the walking tour, we got a wonderful introduction to the city and its most important sights. We learned a lot, had a great time, and really enjoyed the experience. It was fun, well organized, and a perfect way to explore Venice in a short amount of time. Highly recommended!

Took so long to get to the starting point that we didn’t have time for the tour. We started at Saint Marks Square in Venice, and it took quite a long time to walk to the starting point. There was no simple way to get there..
Ciao! My product is a digital guide that you can use to explore Venezia by yourself. Considering that you can access for 3 days, saying that you had "time" for the tour it's quite weird honestly😅 Also, starting point is really close to train station but you could even start from San Marco square (2km distance) and do the itinerary in the other direction 🤓 We are always really responsive through mail and/or WhatsApp and it's a pity that you didn't text us to ask anything and just left a review 🥲. This was great, made us wonder why we ever really need a tour guide versus just doing a self tour. Gave us tons of flexibility.
Nicely planned with history on each attraction as well as some additional facts. Worked well for someone solo traveling, could go at my own pace. The audio guide is also written out if you don't have headphones with you.
