Very fast and easy entry to the museums
The I love Rome team were easy to find, on time, efficient, friendly and helpful. We chose a self-guided, skip the line ticket. Which was definitely worth it to avoid long no ticket lines. Separate from that, I wouldn’t advise the Vatican Museum tour unless it’s absolutely on your bucket list. We got in at 10:30, and it was overcrowded with tour groups with no spatial awareness and made navigating the museum unbearable, and there is nowhere out but through once you’re in. If you have to go on this tour in peak summer, I would suggest keeping hydrated, bring a handheld fan, and a full belly.
Very nice company with kind staff, finding the meeting point was easy and entrance into the vatican was very smooth

It was exactly as described. I was met at the specified location and walked directly to the Vatican Museums entrance to ensure that everything went ok.

Rip off! Very few PINK hop on hop off buses as compared to the BIG BUS company. Waited an hour to finally catch a ride only to stand. When seated our earphone jacks didn’t work. Big bus has a 10/1 bus advantage serving their patrons!!
Staff was punctual and efficient. I was unsure about the need for a fast track ticket at first, but it was proved worth it and even necessary as soon as we saw the line. I made sure to time our ingress from meeting point to the Vatican gardens and it took us 24min which felt impossible at first given the amount of people and huge (group) lines. If you want a more seamless ingress experience, I’d recommend getting this ticket with them. My family was 100% satisfied.
Easily found to the meeting point and from there guided through all the lines and security checks to the museum. Can only recommend with all the hustle and bustle and the many people.

Daniele was our guide, we had a great day, he was very positive, great knowledge. Kept us moving. Checked on us to make sure we were managing ok on the different types of terrain. We were on a cruise so we needed to be back on time which he made sure to check on.

Great communication, I was in the meeting per Google Maps, but received a call that made connection easy. Then one of their agents walked through all the lines and checkpoint. This tour did not have us download a program and use our phones. We did use the Vatican audio devices ($8 each) but they ran strong for the 5-1/2 hours we used them. You can easily take 8+ hours in this tour, if you like history and you’re allowed to get close to artifacts.
