We were slightly delayed at the pick up spot, but after that all was smooth. Thought we would be escorted, but weren't. Still worth it to skip the line.

We choose the 1st available slot to avoid the crowds. We are asked to arrive at 8am but once there, we receive an email telling us to come back in 1h. The ticket we receive 1 hour late shows a price of 25€, we paid 59€. While waiting for my time slot for the visit, I hear that we are trying to sell to other people an extra skip-the-line ticket that does not exist. In short, tickets bought en masse to sell them more than 2x more expensive to tourists who have no choice if they want to visit the Vatican. It is better to book your visit well in advance on the official website. The last minute ticket (purchased a month in advance anyway) is expensive.

Due to road closures for national holiday we were very late for our tour. The person at the ticket office was amazing and still got us in. He went the extra mile to help us. Excellent customer service. The tour of the Vatican museum was long and we were rushed thru the Sistine chapel and they wouldn’t let us stop to take a picture. It was very crowded and people were rude pushing their way to get around you to get to the Sistine Chapel.

Enjoyed the museum but a little long. Sitting Chapel was amazing but was not warned about no pictures in the Chapel. WAS asked to to put away camera and the verbally attacked by a visitor. Left and never could fund the entrance to the St. PEITER Bacillica. So we left. No one would help us find it. The pointed us to exit the building. Will never go back there again!!!!

Skip the line was a good idea however since this tour was not a guide tour it made it difficult to navigate. I would recommend skip the line and a guide or audio.

Had such a great time on this experience. We went at 8:30 a.m. and had the halls almost to ourselves. I am guessing that is due to the early time slot. We also were not part of a large guided tour and were able to slip past all of them on the way in. The path to the Sistine Chapel is so beautiful. The beauty and lack of crowd make it a pretty magical experience. My boys said it ended up being their favorite tour.

Very good experience. It was all very fast and easy to get to. The office is next to the museum entrance so it was perfect! The truth is that it was my only option to have tickets 2 days before going. I recommend it.

My family and I did a self tour which was perfect as we could move at our own pace. The waiting time was not bad and we were happy to have set up the the tour.

There were not enough tickets when we got there and we had to wait. The experience of getting the tickets was hectic, but once we got in everything was great.

Excellent service. An employee met me at the metro exit to help me. All the operators were kind and well organised.
