Very amazing. Love these very much
If you don’t mind to spend extra money to avoid long and I mean long lines it is worth to reserve “skip the line” . The company sent us the tickets in a timer manner . Our appointment was at 8:00 am and we arrive 15 minutes before and there were already around 100 people in front of us. Once you get into the museums, choose wisely what are you really want to see . It is a busy place.
I had a great time on this tour! Booked the option that includes the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel.
DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER! Cost £182. Actual entry to Vatican 25€ x2 =50€ Took longer to find the location of local ticket provider than the official ticket kiosk. Very Expensive and more difficult. My advice book Vatican in advance using official site Also I booked colossal 2 months ago in advance paid £60compared to 18x2 36€. They cancelled two day prior and official tickets were then all Sold out. Phoned them for resolution they were unprepared to resolve by offering me more expensive tickets. Got all legal on me. Terms and conditions! Expensive disaster. DO NOT USE

Fast and easy trip with family.
It was easy to navigate the office and someone guided us to the place we check in. We had paid for self paced tour with audio guide, not sure why we go that in French, which none of us understood. Overall, you pay a lot more money just to get a skip the line ticket, which would have made us wait , pretty long.
I was very pleased with our experience. The tickets were available last minute, and we were worried that we would not find any. We were given explicit instructions on where to go when we got to the Vatican. We were greeted and personally escorted to where we needed to be in order to enter, and the directions were very clear. I would still plan to be there an hour early before your entry time. There is a line to be in for timed entry, and you will be more towards the front of that line if you get there early. Pay attention to which passageway your ticket says (1, 2, or 3) and stay in that designated line.
Service booking was great and easy. The Vatican experience was subpar given the disorganization on how to get from place to place as well as herding you through like cattle.
Not a good experience. Couldn’t find the person to meet us. Went to the office. They gave us the wrong tickets. Never got to the Basilica and had to pay again for audio when we suppose to have a guide. Will not recommend.
