It was very pleasant weather and the temperature in the museum was ok. The guide was very helpful given us other things to look at. Some other stuff that I haven't seeing in our last trip to the museum. Very good information about tour.
We were looking forward to this experience and when the day came no one contacted us. We made it to the checkpoint and no one was there. The security wouldn’t help us and finally when we found someone from the company he told us he would sell us another 2 tickets but wouldn’t let us in when we were 2 mins late because of all the confusion. Highly disappointed can’t explain how we felt. No refund no experience. Never again will we be purchasing from this company again. Tip show up extra early 15 mins before might not be enough.
Dear Customer, We had hoped your review would accurately reflect what happened. In fact, after reading it, we were initially confused as to whether this review was even about our company, as several details do not match what actually occurred. On the day of the tour, our team contacted you several times by phone and through the official Viator messaging system, but received no response. Approximately two hours later, you replied saying, “we missed time,” without ever coming to our office or meeting with our team. Your review also states that no one contacted you and that you were offered two additional tickets, neither of which is true. We sent you screenshots of the calls and messages as clear proof of our attempts to reach you. We would also like to clarify that these days, the Vatican allows guests to enter even when they arrive late. Therefore, the claim that you were denied entry because of a two-minute delay does not reflect the actual circumstances. We respect every customer’s experience, but we believe reviews should be based on accurate facts.

There is a huge amount to see in the museum and chapel. The tickets simply allow you to get in without queueing

It is a long and exhausting visit, but it is worth it. The girl from the agency was very kind and pleasant; she explained in detail how to do the visit and details that made it more interesting.

Lots of walking. Crowds were heavy today. A Saturday. Walk from check in point was difficult for us because of age. 84,79 and 13.

The team was very accommodating. We had a member of our party is disabled. They arranged a taxi for us, and then called us to make sure we arrived well. They told us how to rent a wheelchair in the Sistine chapel.

We were treated very poorly by the operator. The logical thing would have been for them to email us the tickets like in all the other events I have booked through Viator and not have to go to an agency to have them give them to us. Furthermore, in this case they didn't give them to us, but rather forced us to go at a specific time and have them take us to the entrance of the Museum.
