Un reloj de vapor en funcionamiento, uno de los pocos en el mundo, ubicado en la victoriana Gastown de Vancouver.
Blood Alley Square se encuentra junto a Trounce Alley, una de las calles originales de Vancouver. Sus estrechas calles adoquinadas, sus farolas históricas y sus edificios de ladrillo aportan un carácter único que no se parece a ningún otro lugar de la ciudad.

El nombre hace referencia a la antigua monarquía mexicana en honor a la influencia que sus padres ejercieron en su estilo culinario. Si bien su madre inspiró a nuestro restaurante hermano Ofelia, la tradición familiar continúa aquí en Monarca, donde encontrará platos divertidos y un ambiente animado inspirado en el padre del chef Higareda.
Su compromiso siempre ha sido el mismo: usar solo ingredientes naturales, locales y orgánicos. El menú ahora incluye masa madre orgánica, Babka de chocolate, pasteles, así como platos calientes como Borsch, Rollos de col, Pierogies hechos a mano y mucho más

Loved the tour! Bronson was amazing! He made sure we had enough time to enjoy the food and to soak up the views and history of Gastown. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you are a foodie! The highlight for me was the mini cocktail-making session. We combined a surprising mix of ingredients to make a delicious cocktail that felt like Christmas in a glass!

Bronson was able to shepherd our group of 12 to some nice restaurants in the Gastown neighborhood. The food was excellent. Bronson was knowledgeable and able to share stories about the area and the wonderful food. Our group was very international and we were able to chat and connect during our short walks and dining at the different restaurants. We had a great time.

We had a fantastic afternoon walking, eating and drinking our way through Gastown. Nolan, our guide, was very personable, knowledgeable and a fun host. The three spots we went to were all good and very different. Our group of six clicked too, we went out after as a group. I’d highly recommend this tour.
