Great service. Look for the luggage storage right after customs. No one seemed to know exactly where it was located in the terminal.
had to ask where the baggage drop was a couple of times although we were provided with a map. It was busy but we didn't have to wait too long. Collection was easy
A bit hard to find, there were 2 other storage companies in the Cruise Terminal. No one in the cruise terminal knew where to find the reps for this company. They were out on the street, not in the terminal.
They said they would be wearing a green hat red t shirt! No they wore yellow! Not outside the terminal where they stated they would be! I asked 7 other tour operators for help (they were more useful)! Finally found 2 of the tour operators from this company who were not in this place previously as had walked around for 1 hour 40! This was on a 4 ship cruise day, so it was carnage and with 4 cases trust me not at all what I wanted or needed! Shoddy operation! Do not use!
Baggage drop is outside the terminal building. A little hard to spot. But once we found the red umbrella, the luggage exchange and the hop on/off tram tickets obtained, it was straightforward. 2 hours for a full tour. Grant was amazing. So much knowledge and full of fun and laughs. As we were at the end of the season only 2 trams were operating. But it was clear how often they would be at each stop. Great guide, beautiful city, amazing weather. Perfect end to our holiday before heading to the airport. We would highly recommend the Canadian Trolley company and their bagged storage
Dropped our bags off right after our cruise and spent the whole day sightseeing without worry. Everything was safe and waiting for us when we got back.

The directions in the app sent me to the cruise terminal. There was no one at the trolley stop to pick up the luggage. We waited about 10 minutes and no one showed up so we asked information. Information sent us across the street from the cruise terminal about a block away. We got there and looked around but there was no one under the trolley stop umbrella again so we walked back a block to the cruise terminal again and found a couple of people helping passengers. They sent us back across the street around a block and there was a young man under the umbrella who helped us with our luggage. We spent around 45 minutes just looking for them. He had not been there before and explained that he had to go over to the main office and that’s why he wasnt there when we got there. He also explained that Sundays when cruise ships were coming in they could not be in the location right outside the cruise terminal. The app should explain that there is a different address on Sundays so customers don’t get the run around while they are hauling 150 lbs of luggage. The trolley stop attendant was great and did everything he said he was going to do after we finally found him. Only four stars because of our run around.
Our bags were stored securely while we spent the day exploring Stanley Park and Gastown on the hop on hop off trolley bus. Quick service, friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. Highly convenient for anyone visiting Vancouver before a cruise.
Booking was simple and the process only took a few minutes. Our bags were safely stored while we enjoyed the city. Would use again.
Safe, clean, and reliable storage. We had a late flight and a whole day to see the town, and no bags to carry because of this service!
