Great day with our guide Edoardo Very nice and full of knowledge good English and beautiful places and views We really enjoy our time and I recommend everyone to do totrip
We had an amazing and memorable time with our guide Jordi! He was extremely kind and accommodating. We really enjoyed the challenging hike at Valle de Anton and the Thermal Springs. He also carried us to some amazing food spots. Would definitely recommend.
We thought this was going to be a group tour, so we were quite surprised, when the guide arrived and informed us it was a private tour. Needless to say, Jorge was absolutely amazing! He arrived at the exact time he told us he would and made sure that he had ample water for us. He was so knowledgeable and hospitable! He definitely went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He took us on the hike of our lives and even went up to the top with us. Everything about the tour was amazing! I highly recommend this tour if you visit Panamá. And you MUST ask for Jorge!
Thank you so much for your kind words about this great experience and for choosing Panamanian Adventures as your go-to tour company in Panama! We truly appreciate your support!
We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion with Aura as our guide! She was very knowledgeable and informative, and was very fluent in English. Since this was a private tour, she focused on our preferences and needs rather than a fixed schedule. She was very personable, and we enjoyed her company. It was a terrific tour! Would highly recommend!
We had a private tour with the guide Carlos. Carlos is a great guide who we strongly recommend. He tells stories with a very funny way, listen to the customers, propose individual solutions and spending time with him was great. We have possibilities to admire the beauty of the rain forrest, the waterfall, spent a great time watching butterflies and finally went to a beautiful beach.
Aura was a great guide. She adjusted the time of the tour to accommodate us. She asked us exactly what our priorities were and what we wanted to see. She coordinated the times perfectly so that we did not have to deal with crowded bus tours. She also arranged a special visit at the zoo which made my day/year/bucket list. She even took great photos along the way and shared them with us. She’s also a great driver. Thanks so much Aura.
First off, our tour guide was GREAT. It was a private tour -- only our family. Unexpectedly, we were given a choice of those places on the tour description that we wanted to go to. It dawned on me that was why the entry fees to the various places were not included. We did the hike (haha, it was a climb) up the mountain - our 27 yo daughter who is an experienced hiker and rock climber went like a mountain goat. Her 70 yo parents found it a bit more diffficult, although we are both in pretty good shape and made it up. We also went to the Butterfly Haven, which was low key and nice. The only part of the tour that was disappointing was the Thermal Hot Springs. They weren't hot, there were mainly kids in them, and they didn't seem very clean. Personally, I'd skip that activity. It was a long but satisfying day.
I had Ricky as a guide and he was outstanding! Super attentive, very clear and predisposed to all my consultations. The Valley is a place we definitely have to go sometime in our lives. Enjoy nature, climb sleeping India and end up in the baths to relax after such a wonder. The village is very beautiful! Worth it!!!!
Billy, our guide from Embera Tours, was wonderful. Jovial, timely, and gracious with our family. His English was great and he knew so much about Panama. He let us determine the agenda of the trip, and we chose to visit the Serpentario, the Butterfly Haven, lunch at a sit down restaurant, and then the Nispero Zoo. It was ~2 hrs drive from Panama City to El Valle and 2.5 hrs back. There is no way to fit in all the items included on the sample itinerary, including hikes to waterfalls, hot springs, zip lines, etc. ALSO in the 3.5 hrs that isn't driving time. So while it says 8 hrs, participants should account for the driving time and adjust expectations accordingly. Billy was a great guide and we recommend him highly.
Aura is amazing! She went out of her way to make our day special. Very accommodating and catered to our every whim! We saw sloths , a waterfall, the market , ziplining and all the beautiful scenery. I cannot say enough great things about her!
