First, let me say we had an excellent driver, Shady. He was thoughtful, helpful and is a very good driver. From time to time he pointed out areas of interest and was very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, the hotel where the tour company, Hesham Egypt Tours, made reservations for us that did not live up to the claims made in Viator. There was no hotel room to change clothes, no free towels (after my complaint, the tour company paid), and lunch was a buffet meal in a basic dining room that we had to share with 500+ school children. My plan for a relaxing and peaceful beach outing at the Red Sea was just a pipe dream. Screaming kids running back and forth on the beach, kicking and throwimg volley/soccer balls, taking over the small beach and pool, ruined any chance for peace. For $100 per person, I expected a lot better. If you book with this company make sure you find out if the hotel "resort" will be renting out to school children on the day you want to visit and what kind of food will be served, otherwise you will be wasting your money.
thank you for the feedback , but make sure you wrote to correct company , that's not our service , you never used or contact us for that tour , you might write that to wrong listing , everyone used our service and know who we are , read reviews , thats why everyone will book us , we dont know if you are spam or you took money form other to write that for us , if we are bad , you never use our service but you came through our review which are real one not fake . please check
We had the pleasure of Shady (pronounced Sha-dee) being our driver for this day trip. He was on time for an 8am pickup. Also he was very courteous, professional, patient and kind with a great sense of humour. He showed us sites along the way and back with the history.

An amazing way to experience the Red Sea without a long trip! Ain Sukhna was the perfect beach getaway—gorgeous water, relaxing atmosphere, and super convenient! Our guide took care of everything from pick-up at our hotel to a delicious lunch on the beach. Just 2 hours from Cairo, it was the ideal day trip to unwind. Highly recommend this tour for anyone needing a quick, refreshing break from city life!

Nice relaxing day at the beach. Raafat driver was very sweet and patient, and spoke decent English. He was on time and helped me check into the hotel, get towels, and took pictures. Hotel and food were okay, extra drinks fairly priced, pools great though I chose to swim in the sea a few times which was great as water was clear and warm. It was a bit colder and windier that I expected but I managed to get a tan. Opted not to take the boat which felt like a tourist trap and would have taken at least 2 hours, and I barely felt I had enough time at the beach, which I only reached close to 11am even with a 7am start in Cairo (weekday).

This experience was not worth the price at all. It was highway robbery. I selected the experience for $130.00 USD, this included hotel pick-up/drop off; entrance to the beach, buffy style lunch and day use of a room. they did not want to provide a room although i paid for it. The room was horrible more like a motel ( but a motel is better). I am not sure what i paid a $130.00 for. it was horrible. There is nothing to do on the beach. Only thing I have positive to say is the driver was nice and helpful.
thats not fair review you went to the resort with private car and driver you got the room I dont know why you said you ddnt get it,private beach , set menu lunch inlcude, pool , tawel , hope you be fair and review your feedback which is not honest!
The Red Sea was ok. The Accomodation was mediocre. And the food was decent and presented well. I would suggest not getting a room and saving some money as we didn’t use it since we were only there for about 7 hours

Wow what a great day out. Tamer our driver was so attentive to all our needs and made sure our day out went perfectly. He organised a wonderful trip on a submarine boat and was always close by if we needed help What a lovely break from the city and what a fantastic guide

Very beautiful and relaxing. Only thing is the beach is rocky. Water is clear. Ended up tanning and using pool. Driver was really nice and pleasant! Thank you!!
