Ultimate Miami Boat Tour : Mansiones & Skyline w/ Recogida opcional

The tour was ok. We got our coupons from Groupon and then we were asked by Big Dave tours to book the tickets at Big Dave tours online. We redeemed our coupons and we were asked for $18 + tax fee per guest. Whereas another family with us redeemed Groupon coupons but got the tickets at the site and they paid $5 per ticket. This is the calculation which pissed me off. So next time I would avoid Big Dave tours for any bookings.

Great way to spend 90 minutes and see a different view of Miami. Loved it. Our tour guide had a great sense of humour and made the trip that much more enjoyable. Thanks.

I reserved 4 seats on a handicap accessible air conditioned cruise, and got bumped from that boat to no a c, not easily accessible, loud engine tour boat with plastic lawn chairs and a guide who spoke very fast and was difficult to hear over the loud engines. Would not recommend to anyone for the overpriced ticket with no cancellation or return policy.

Beautiful day Nice, clean boat Music was too loud Tour guide spoke English and Spanish and I found his narration hard to understand. I felt like the tour guide spent too much time asking for tips and going around the boat with a bucket asking for a gratuity.

This was a nice activity; about a nice 90 min boat ride tour viewing celebrity mansions. The tour guide was very good and she had a good sense of humor. The only annoying thing about this trip was trying to find where the meeting point was. It wasn’t super descriptive and the trip details said something about Big Dave Tours kiosk which doesn’t exist. We finally found where we were supposed to go but by that time we missed our reservation and had to wait until the next one. Overall it was a nice excursion to do.

Terrible I can’t even start my whole day was ruined. The company hung up the phone. I got to boat to only see dirt everywhere and toilets disgusting. The guide only spoke Spanish and I kept mask please can you explain a little in English I was ignored. Drinks at bar were good but started at $22 plus plus. I WOULD NO RECOMMEND THIS BOAT AT ALL.

Scamming takes peoples money. Took people from a broken boat from the tour time before ours & basically gave those people our seats on our boat and tour time. Said we couldnt get on the boat and there was still a long line of people trying to board. We spent $200 on a group of 5 & didnt get our money back nor did we get to attend our tour time on the boat . -10/10 experience.

Had booked for a 6.30pm tour, on finding the ticket booth the lady struggled to find our reservation. Was quite a queue too. Then she found it and gave us our tickets. Then told us we were on the 7pm one. Not a massive issue for us but could have been if we had booked a restaurant for example afterwards. The tour itself set off at about 7.15pm and was enjoyable, some nice sights to see from the water. Then came the 'free raffle' where guests were asked to fill in a slip of paper with their details on for the chance to 'win a holiday' obvious scam for some sort of timeshare no doubt, I was wise to this and didn't participate. 4 'winners' were chosen and quickly ushered downstairs to no doubt try to be persuaded to part with some cash! So this is a bit off side! The tour also only lasted an hour, not the 90 mins we were expecting.

The instructions that you need to take to the boat was never mentioned. The fact that there is No Hampton Inn on Collins and 17th Street was extremely frustrating. Also, I wasn't told that the only bus back to Miami Beach was at 3 PM. Unless these mistakes are corrected I cannot recommend your cruise to any one I know. The boat ride itself was the most pleasant. But, it didn't make up for the lack of instructions of getting to the boat and getting back where we started.

Great boat ride, spent nice time with family. Great views great weather. Recommend , we had. Great time
