I had such a great experience! had never snorkeled before, and about five minutes in, I suddenly panicked and felt like I couldn't breathe properly. Our guide Robbie was absolutely amazing - he stayed calm, reassured me, and patiently explained what to do and how to relax. After about 15 minutes, I finally got comfortable, and for the rest of the tour I was completely fine and able to really enjoy the experience and see the turtles! I'm so grateful for his patience, kindness, and professionalism. Without his help, probably would have given up right at the beginning. Instead, I ended up having a wonderful experience that I'll definitely remember. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Joe! He made sure everyone was comfortable, he helped find unusual sea animals, and he took great pics of our adventure. Importantly: my husband had unsuccessfully tried snorkeling a couple times before with other tours. This time, Joe helped my husband slowly become more comfortable such that, at the end of the experience, my husband said he was a “convert!” and excited to go again.

We had an amazing snorkeling experience. Seeing them up close in their natural habitat was unforgettable. Joe was an outstanding guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the tour. He shared interesting information, helped us spot turtles, and made the entire experience so much fun. We highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Joe as your guide. Robby was an excellent guide for us! Me, my wife, and daughter enjoyed it very much. Expect to swim a little ways but not too bad.
We had Robbie as our tour guide and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the area, water and experience. The snorkeling experience was awesome from the view to the sea turtles and all the sea creatures and fish we saw. We recommend doing the snorkeling and if you get Robbie your experience will be amazing!

Experience was great! Be sure you read the text about where to meet, it makes it very easy. Always opt for the floatie as it makes the snorkeling more relaxing! Robbie our guide was great!
All six of us did the Turtle Town Snorkel With Photo & Video tour with Zephyr Maui, and our guide Robbie was outstanding from start to finish. He struck the perfect balance — clearly knowledgeable about the marine life and safety-focused, while also making sure everyone was relaxed and having fun. We had some inexperienced swimmers in our group, and Robbie was incredible about keeping track of all of us — constantly counting heads and checking in — without ever making anyone feel babysat. Everyone felt genuinely safe in the water the whole time. On top of all that, Robbie was juggling photography and videography duties, and the results were amazing. He spotted a pencil urchin and a starfish and let us each gently hold them while he snapped photos — such a cool, hands-on touch. We saw several sea turtles too, which was the highlight of the trip for a lot of us. It’s impressive how Robbie managed safety, guiding, wildlife-spotting, and photography all at once, and made it look effortless. Can’t recommend Zephyr Maui — and Robbie specifically — highly enough. Ask for him if you can!
We had the best experience with this company! Our guide, (which I forgot his name but he had blonde hair and tattoos) was the absolute best! He was such a chill guide who prioritized our safety and experience. We had so much fun snorkeling, seeing all the marine life, and we even got to see a turtle. Would recommend 10/10
