Absolutely incredible! We booked last minute and were able to get a family of 4 on in the afternoon! The crew was incredible with the 4 young babies on the boat. The boat looked new and it was a great size! The price was unbeatable especially for the experience. We saw dolphins, got to snorkel and walk on shore for a while. We did a 2 hour tour and it was the perfect timing to see and do everything we wanted to and didn’t over do it with the kiddos. The crew was very chill and professional, didn’t feel pressured or judged.
This was awesome so much fun. The boat captain and his mate were great made it a real fun experience!

Crew was great and made the trip very fun! Check in was easy! I recommend booking through them directly! The 3rd party site did not send my reservation to them but they took great care of me.

We had a blast. The 2 gentlemen that took us out were wonderful. They kept it entertaining and even did some karaoke at the end ! Really enjoyed it
Very disappointing experience. The service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the quality didn’t match the price. I expected much better based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this place.
Hi Luis, We’re disappointed to see this review, especially since you NEVER attended your scheduled tour. On the day of your reservation, you called approximately 5 minutes before departure to let us know you would be about 30 minutes LATE. We explained that because this was a public tour, we could not delay the boat, as the other guests had arrived on time and were waiting to depart. You became very mad at us. After learning we could not hold the tour, you requested a refund, first through us. We explained that, as stated in our booking confirmation, emails, and website, guests are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to avoid situations like this, and your reservation did not qualify for a refund under our policy. After we denied your refund request, you also contacted TripAdvisor/Viator claiming you never came to Panama City Beach for your vacation and that you had “cancelled your entire vacation”. However, that claim directly contradicted what you had told us on the phone, that you were running 30 minutes late to your tour in Panama City Beach. Based on the information provided, your refund request was also denied by them. As a small, family-run business, FALSE reviews can have a significant impact on us. We’re grateful that the guests who actually joined the tour that day shared their positive experiences and took the time to recognize our captains and the fun they had on the water. We encourage all guests to leave honest reviews based on their actual experience, which you unfortunately did not get to have. We truly wish you had been able to join us, and we hope that in the future you’ll arrive for your scheduled tour and enjoy the experience just as so many of our other guests do.
A great little tour with a great captain and mate. The trip was fun for all ages and I recommend highly! It is good value for the money and well worth taking a few hours away from the beach.
