Mr. Suzuki was an excellent guide. He showed up at our hotel right on time and led us through the complicated trains to get to Tsukiji and Toyosu markets. He explained a lot about Japanese culture. He found us the best samples in the markets. I highly recommend this tour.
I’m very pleased to hear that you’ve had a good time in the tour. Visiting Tsukiji outer market and Toyosu fish market gave you the general information why we Japanese people are enjoying seafood very much. I’m waiting for your next trip to Japan as there are more interesting places in Japan. Best regards Yasuho Suzuki
Yumi was a fanty guide. She make us feel welcomed and tried to capture and pass to us the history and current vibe of the markets. Also she give us insides into food and Japanese culture.
Thank you for your kind review.Even though it was only four hours,I could feel the closeness of the four of you, and I also enjoyed the day. I'm envious of your long-lasting friendship. It's my pleasure that you tried Japanese food at Tsukiji and Toyosu market and became a big fan of Japanese cuisine. I really hope to see you again soon. YUMI😊
Great experience! First stop tuna auction at the Toyuso Fish market followed by an incredible sushi breakfast. Several hours exploring the market then venturing into another part of the city for some other markets and a temple. Yoko was wonderful! Highly recommend.
Had an issue finding Yoko but called her and figured it out. The auction was very enjoyable. The sushi breakfast was highlight of the day.
Thank you so much for your review. It all worked out perfectly because you called me without hesitation right away. I am absolutely thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the tuna auction and the sushi breakfast you had looked forward to as a must-do in Japan. Thanks to you, I also finally got to visit Daiwa Sushi, which I’ve always wanted to try—so thank you so much for that as well! It was a true pleasure guiding you. - Youko

Thank you very much for joining my tour and for your wonderful review! I truly enjoyed spending time with you as well. I’m so happy to hear that the day we spent together became a memorable one for you. I hope you continue to enjoy the rest of your trip in Japan. Tomoya
Our guide, May Takahashi, was great! He was very helpful when I made a mistake with my reservation and gave a great tour of Toyosu and Tsukiji fish market. May did a great job showing us around Toyosu and helped us navigate a crowded Tsukiji market to try things that we would not have seen otherwise. Highly recommend
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm happy to know all of you guys enjoyed the tour. Looking forward to seeing you again, and hope you'll be able to join the Tokyo Marathon on the next occasion. All the best for you and your family. Your guide May
I would highly recommend Nobu as a tour guide. He really went above and beyond to help us store our luggage before the tour then get on a train to the airport afterwards. He was very knowledgeable about the fish market and shared lots of great information. We wouldn’t have gotten nearly as much from the tour if we had done it without a guide!
Thank you very much for your review. I am so happy to know that you enjoyed my tour. Tsukiji and Toyosu are popular spots for the tourists, but not so easy to go around by themselves. If you visit there with a guide who has certain knowledge about fish and fish markets, it would be more enjoyable tour. It is my great pleasure if I can help make the tours more enjoyable for such tourists. Nobu
Today we went on a tour of the Toyosu fish market. Our tour guide Goreilo was very knowledgeable in explaining about everything that happens in the market. After we went to the Tsukiji Market which was so much fun! The food spots were amazing and Goreilo knew just the right spots. Definitely recommend going on this tour as both of these markets are must sees while in Tokyo!
Thank you very much for your warm review. I also enjoyed the tour with your family. You all FOODIES were very enthusiastic about Tsukiji market food tour!! I believe that you fully enjoyed Tsukiji market exploring. Best regards, Katsu Hayama (goreilo)
My two traveling buddies and I had an unforgettable experience touring Tokyo’s seafood markets—both Tsukiji and Toyosu—with our amazing guide, Julie. From start to finish, she went above and beyond. Julie reached out to me weeks before our trip to help fine-tune our itinerary, and her thoughtful planning made all the difference. She even assisted us with our journey from Narita Airport, which took away so much stress after a long flight. Once we met up, she generously let us use her own bus card for local transportation (we paid her back, of course!), which made getting around incredibly smooth. At the markets, Julie was energetic, knowledgeable, and fully engaged the entire time. As we were on a rather tight time limit, we needed to prioritize the things that were important for us to see. Julie navigated us through the best stalls, explained the history and culture behind what we were seeing, and made sure we tasted some unforgettable foods. She also took us to a beautiful nearby Japanese park(Hamarikyu Gardens), giving us a chance to enjoy a quieter, more peaceful side of Tokyo. On top of all that, she snapped tons of fantastic photos of us throughout the tour—memories we’ll always treasure. If you’re visiting Tokyo and want someone who is professional, caring, fun, and incredibly organized, Julie is the guide, and this is the tour you want. Our day with her was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly, highly recommended!
Thank you so much for coming all the way to Tokyo during your short layover! It was incredibly helpful that you clearly expressed your wish to eat sushi—that made planning our time together so easy. I had a wonderful time guiding you through the market and watching you all enjoy the various foods and drinks. Thank you again. - Julie
Fantastic. Guide was knowledgable, friendly snd a joy. Knew ins and out. Super respectful of specific needs. English was excellent.
We are pleased to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your tour of Toyosu Market and Tsukiji Outer Market. We are also delighted that you found the premium dried skip jack tuna for the flakes, high-grade kombu seaweed, and Japanese kitchen knife you were seeking, and that you were able to savor tuna sushi. - Masami
