The tour guide never showed up even after we tried multiple times to reach out to them, the day of the tour and the day prior to to tour. Very disappointed.
We still wanted to draw dates when we arrived. Mundial did not want to rebook even though we were interested in upgraded room with double price and that rooms were available when we desired. They referred us to Booking. After contact with Booking we were informed that the hotel did not want to rebook us. A non-pragmatic and very arrogant approach. Staff extremely uninterested in helping. The problem could have been solved with a few simple button presses. We went to another hotel and never intend to come back to Mundial. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE YOU TO STAY AT MUNDIAL
The guides didn't show up. Nobody was in the office. I didn't get my money back. No excuses were communicated with me before or after the visit. Disrespect to a customer
They did not show up at the indicated time and place, or send mail or call for cancellation of the activity. It was a birthday present and we went to Trujillo precisely because of the activity. An embarrassment, we called repeatedly and at first they did not take it and later turned off the cell phone. Tickets were charged two days earlier and so far I have no answer.
We fill Absolute cheating with Ajay Modi. Continues failure of commitment. Sikkim food and no Gujarati food. Hotel denied to serve breakfast at 5:30. Hopeless…never expected
I took this experience even after reading comments that if there weren’t enough people for the tour, the guides didn’t show up and pay you back. We got there and there were no more people than us (my husband, my baby and me). Seen here, I call the phone number to which a girl replies saying she's coming now. EFFECTIVELY!! WE HAD TOUR!!! (Only for us) Miriam, the guide, super skilled and very patient!!! (You can tell he is passionate about his work) It's a super dynamic tour. You start with a small heraldic game that in the end the winner has surprise! She was so cool from start to finish. We loved the tour, the truth and recommended it 100%. We have a pleasant experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH MIRIAM!!! P.S. the final special effects to receive the award, I loved them!!! ✌🏼😄✌🏼🎉

After having my reservation confirmed for the day and time indicated no guide was presented I contacted the tour operator and his answer is, because there aren't enough customers they won't make the excursion because they have another more important commitment and so he's sorry, and according to them the fault is with Tripavisor My advice is not to do it with this company.
We would go again dont no why all the moaning. Just enjoy. Maybe upgrade so u get served quicker at the bar. Only 1 bar staff. Great location. Enjoyed food. Give it a go we going back
DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. IT'S A FRAUD. The guide never turned up. I called the agency and they didn't pick up. They had already charged me. Still waiting for an explanation, an aploggy, a refund and compensation for wasting our time.
