Gioia was terrific. She customized her tour for our family. We fell in love with Trieste during the tour.
Gioia was a wonderful guide, both friendly and knowledgable. When our initial flight was cancelled, which affected our plans, she was so helpful in making sure we could reschedule the tour for another day. The tour was a memorable experience for our first time in Trieste.
Our tour guide was excellent. In just two hours we learned a lot about Trieste. I liked how she told us about Trieste’s history highlights, the different neighborhoods, the shopping and such. Also she answered all our questions since it was our first time there. Highly recommended.
A very pleasant young woman conducted the tour, but the problem is that this is not really a guided tour — it is more of a walk. There was no proper historical overview and no explanation of how the city has changed over time. The main landmarks were covered in just a few sentences each. Considering that this was a 2-hour tour, the price is unjustifiably high. The price-to-quality ratio should definitely be taken into account.
Tour through Trieste. There are many interesting places that you would not find without a guide. Nour was very eager, but read a lot from her phone. A little preparation would have been nice.
Our guide, Gioia, was friendly and knowledgeable. She was passionate in explaining the local history and culture in ways that we could understand. We appreciated her willingness to tailor the timing and pace of the tour to our wishes and limitations. Highly recommend.
This tour was unacceptable. We were promised "a tour with a local" and we got a student who was not from Trieste. This was not the fault of the student, but the tour company who did not prepare this student. Unprofessional. Avoid this company.
Very good walking tour. Our guide Nour was very informative of the history & archeological structures. Would definitely recommend.
We had a fabulous time touring Trieste with Sarah. She was fun and informative, and had a wide breadth of knowledge to share which she tailored to our interests. We had a three hour tour of the principal sights which surprisingly flew by. Thanks to Sarah, we now feel less like tourists and more like locals as we walk through this beautiful city.
