Descripción
En este recorrido, nuestro guía local experimentado lo llevará a través de tres pueblos diferentes de las minorías étnicas Hmong, Giay y Red Dao. El recorrido le dará la oportunidad de disfrutar de fantásticos paisajes de montaña, así como de ver el río y el valle más importantes de Sapa. También verá los famosos campos de terrazas de arroz y aprenderá más sobre la cultura, las costumbres y las tradiciones de las dos principales minorías étnicas en Sapa. Nuestro guía turístico también le presentará las tradiciones matrimoniales únicas de Hmong, los campos de arroz, el trabajo y las técnicas de construcción de viviendas, ¡y mucho más!

Itinerario
Y Linh Ho pueblo. El recorrido comienza a las 9 a.m. Nuestro guía local lo recibirá en su hotel en la ciudad de Sapa o frente a la iglesia principal. Después de una breve introducción, lo llevarán 2 km hasta la carretera de Cat Cat, un conocido pueblo de la minoría Hmong. Desde allí, llegarás al puente colgante del río Muong Hoa y luego continuarás cuesta arriba hacia las montañas y atravesarás un bosque de bambú. Desde allí, tendrá la oportunidad de admirar algunas de las terrazas de arroz más grandes y hermosas de Vietnam, así como disfrutar de la majestuosa vista de la montaña en la cima de la montaña Hoang Lien. Luego se dirigirá a la aldea Y Linh Ho y almorzará en un pequeño restaurante tradicional dirigido por una familia local Hmong.
Después del descanso, llegarás a Lao Chai, un pueblo de Black Hmong.
Continúa la caminata hacia el pueblo de Ta Van donde conocerás a la minoría Giay. Aprenderá todo sobre las diferencias entre los grupos étnicos minoritarios, verá antes de llegar al automóvil que nos llevará de regreso a Sapa.

It was bad weather, so the visibility was not so good and the paths very slippery / muddy (put on things that may get dirty). Nevertheless, a good tour, our tour guide Dao was also nice. Delicious lunch.

Very good tour. My tour guide Ma ma tung was very nice and told me a lot about the rice planting and different culture in the villages. Would recommend!

We had the best time in the trek! Our guide, Soso, was incredible! The rice fields are beautiful, you get nice views from high up and then you go down into them and into the villages as well. We had a delicious lunch in one of the villages too! Make sure to bring good hiking shoes and sunscreen, some of the trails are pretty challenging.

We did a trekking tour in Sapa with Soso and it was truly a wonderful experience! She is very kind, welcoming, and takes the time to explain a lot about the region, the culture, and local life. You learn so much while enjoying the walk, which makes the experience even more enriching. The landscapes are absolutely stunning, with endless rice terraces and breathtaking views along the way. I highly recommend this experience, especially if you’re looking for a caring and passionate guide!

Zhu from Sapa Trekking introduced my colleague and me to the landscapes and culture of these fantastic regions during two days. Yesterday we visited the two waterfalls where she knew a lot about it. Today we led the big day hike through the rice terraces of the Muong region. Very competent. She gave us interesting explanations and knew how to report on the way of life. Lunch at noon was good from Rome. In short, the two days with Zhu were an asset. Thank you very much.

Chu was a great guide on our walking trip. We didn't want to take the car back as it was only 7km until that point so Chu guided us back to our homestay which made it an 11km round trip tour. Beautiful scenery on a sunny day. Chu shared lots of knowledge about the people living in the different villages, their culture and the nature around us. She was also great with our 3 year old son.
