According to our drivers, there was a brief discussion about how to best arrange the cars due to the amount of luggage. It was suggested that one car take the adults with the luggage, while the children, along with two adults, would be in the other car. The arrangement was agreed upon, and there was no issue raised at the time. As this is contrary to your report, could you please clarify this point for us? Our team, including Martyna and Karolina, worked hard to assist you with your booking, including changing the date when you booked the wrong one in error.
