Spot on time. Very comfortable and luxurious van. We enjoyed every minute. I can't thank him enough. I forgot my mobile on the van and noticed around 20 minutes after he left. He was kind enough to turn back and brought it to me. Thanks again
Comfortable Ride and Safe Drive. Driver was punctual and very courteous. We did had a language barrier but was able to translate using Google. Definitely recommend.
We had a good experience with this company. The driver didn't arrive on time due to traffic, however, when I messaged the company on WhatsApp, they responded right away, helped us through till the driver found where we at outside the airport. Limousine van is very clean, seats are comfortable. I highly recommend this company.

We had a sudden change of plans and needed to head back to Hanoi from Sapa. Unfortunately, it was quite difficult to find a ride at such a late hour but thankfully, I came across this VIP service on Agoda. Despite the last-minute booking, they were able to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. The entire ride was smooth and comfortable, the driver was very accommodating, and the car was clean and spacious perfect for the two of us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a huge relief given the situation. Highly recommended!
"Our car was in a trouble so we need to find another car for the ride" (stet)...... A message no-one wants to receive - but they had it sorted with a replacement in 60 minutes which was fine for our itinerary. Turning problems into solutions is a sign of a good business!
The driver come to pick up us before the time and gave the free upgrade accommodation for my family way to Sapa,in the middle way we ask for coffee break and Wc.the driver also agree to gave us 30minute break amd snack.the only minus is the driver cant pseak english but do far still okay because he can use google translate if we need anything.thanks 😍😍😍
Driver was prompt and got us to the airport from Sapa. We were told 5 hr and 30 minutes and it was actually 4 hr and 15. Missed breakfast to make sure we arrived on time. Vehicle was not up to the standard for the price we paid.

Initially I had problems communicating with the company. I emailed to the company via your platform but didn’t receive reply. I sent another message via WhatsApp one day before but no reply. I finally asked the hotel receptionist to call the company in Vietnamese and finally talked to a rep from the company. The driver came to pick us up on time. He was a nice guy and a safe driver but the car was not fully charged so we had to stop twice to recharge the car so we waisted our time waiting for it. We got to Sapa around 5 pm.
Dear, We did not receive any messages from you via the app. It was true that we used an EV for this transfer. However, the car made 2 stops for short breaks and for toilet (each stop lasted 10 minutes) so the breaks were in schedule as described in our service. And while having the breaks, our drivers recharged the battery to make sure the transfer smooth. You left hotel in Hanoi at 11:00am and reached the destination in Sapa 5PM. Thus the timing was perfect. It did not affect your schedule. Taking this as a reason asking our driver to refund 40 USD was really unfair and of course we did not accept that. Leaving a negative feedback for not having the refund was not nice and not fair. We hope you should not do this to other operators. Thank you!
