We were driven by Paul from Vancouver Airport to Whistler and by Riaz on the way back. The company communicated well with us. Our inbound flight was delayed by six hours, which they accommodated without any extra charge . The vehicles were of the appropriate size for our group of 4, well maintained and clean. Both drivers provided us with useful information about Vancouver and the surroundings. They assisted with our luggage and made us feel safe on the road.
I booked an Escalade, they told me she had problems and would receive a Yukon but in the end they arrived in an explorer and it was not what they pay for
A weather delay at YYZ screwed up our trip to YVR. Our 0900 flight was changed to 1615 the night before. Our pre-arranged transportation to Whistler couldn’t accommodate our late arrival so we scrambled to find alternative transfer to Whistler. We decided to book with Alpine North after reading the raving reviews. We didn’t arrive to YVR until after 2000. By the time we discovered that our snowboarding gear didn’t arrive with us, we met our driver, Tim, by 2100. He patiently waited for our arrival. After being cramped on a plane for hours, the spacious SUV was comfortable and he was a very safe driver. We arrived at Whistler quickly and safely, this was the best part of the whole day. The service was excellent from booking, numerous updates throughout the day, pick up and drop off. I highly recommend Alpine North. (West Jet not so much😡).
