Lugares y horarios de recogida
Servicio fiable, elegante y puntual. Nuestro conductor le recogerá en la dirección indicada en Roma, piso u hotel. Llegará 10 minutos antes de la hora prevista y siguiendo la ruta más rápida le llevará a otra dirección que nos habrá facilitado en la ciudad de Roma (el servicio ofrecido tiene lugar dentro del Grande Raccordo Anulare de Roma). Póngase en contacto con nosotros al menos 12 horas antes del servicio para informarnos de la hora exacta de su recogida y de la dirección de salida y de destino. Salvo que se indique lo contrario, todos los servicios de traslado se calculan sobre la base de 1 pieza de equipaje por pasajero. Los clientes con más de una pieza de equipaje por persona deben ser informados con antelación para comprobar si el tamaño del coche indicado es suficiente o si es necesario proporcionar un vehículo más grande y cobrar una tarifa de traslado más alta en función del tamaño del coche solicitado. Si los clientes viajan con más de una pieza de equipaje por persona sin previo aviso, se les podrá cobrar directamente el coche adicional.

Ricardo was spot on! We used his company for 3 transfers, Airport to Hotel, Hotel to Cruise ship, and Cruise ship back to Airport. He was always super professional, we never had to wait for him, he was always there waiting for us to arrive, and his vehicle was always spotless. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. In communications prior to arrival, he always got back to us within a very short time frame. He is a man of few words, especially when he is driving and concentrating on safety on the road. When we go to Rome again, I will defeinitely use this man/company's services. Grazie!

Laziali station is one end of the railway. Tap your contactless card on the gantry (look for the wi-fi fan-shaped logo) and push the rotating gate to enter into the railway platform. At Alessia station, you can make payment via contactless card by tapping on the tap & go device in the train itself. Look for the wi-fi (fan shaped logo) on the device usually found near the door of the train. The device will change colour to indicate a successful contact. There is another device for cardholders with a multi-trip ticket which they need to insert into the device to validate the ticket.
