Holiday service driver contact me to say my reservation were wrong. I reached out to Viator they told me the had the same information that I had. My reservation was for Ocho-Rios not Kingston hotel. I sent both companies the screenshot of the conversation from my booking. Long story short they left me stranded so I caught a Uber from Kingston airport to Ocho-Rios it was cheaper than the $117. each way they were charging me anyway.
The driver was on time and very professional. He was also very courteous. He knew exactly where to go. His driving was very good.

We (6 of us) ordered a transfer service from the airport to a resort. Booking online was easy and quick. Shortly before the trip someone contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm the details. Although our plane was an hour late, sure enough the driver was outside with a sign and my name. We hoped in and drove straight to the resort. The van was air conditioned and the driver was amazing!!! We used the same company to return to the airport and again they were punctual, curtious and on time. There did end up being something wrong with the vehicle about halfway through the trip, but a second vehicle showed up and got us to the airport on time. Would highly recommend!!

I communicated with Viator Customer Services when our flight arrival times changed. They ensured my messages were sent through to Holiday Services. On arrival, our driver was waiting for us as promised. He was helpful, very pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend Viator for transportation services - excellent!
