The picture of the offering shows a nice black car for transportation from the train station in Barcelona to our hotel. First of all, the person that picked us up wanted us to meet them by McDonalds and there was no McDonalds that we could see. After several Whatsapp messages, the driver came to a door near where we were. Second, this was not a black car - this was a dirty taxi! The driver was driving very unsafe and we were in fear of our lives. This was false advertisement. We paid for what should have been a black car not a taxi! The picture shown is false and should be taken down and the documentation about the offering should state that it is a taxi! We should get a full refund.

Why would I rate transport from the train station to our hotel fantastic? Starting off, the driver sent photos of where we could find him as we got off the train. Second,, I requested a driver with no fragrance due to severe allergies. He even wiped the van windows and seats to be sure no lingering fragrances remained. Third, the Pope was in town with a number of streets closed, but he endured and kept trying different ways until he got us to our hotel. Lastly, he was warm, friendly and professional.

The driver didn’t showed up or came late because we came out and look all over and there no one there and much less with a sign , so after 15 minutes we took a cab, I demand a full refund for such a terrible service, don’t use that operator anymore, at 4:00 pm he called me and I told him what Happened, at 3:05 he sent me a message but again , there was no one there.

However, after carefully reviewing the incident, we would like to clarify that our driver was in contact well before your arrival and was already at the station 20 minutes before your scheduled time, holding a sign with your name. We attempted to reach you multiple times by phone, email, and message, but unfortunately received no response. Our driver waited more than one hour after your train arrived, continuing to try to contact you, until finally reaching you at 4:00 pm, at which point you informed us that you had already left and taken another taxi. We understand how stressful travel can be, and we regret that we were unable to connect at the meeting point despite our team being present early and making every effort to reach you. We had an on time and efficient driver, very clean vehicle and we felt safe and secure. We actually arrived earlier than expected and I sent an email which was responded to very quickly by phone and the driver arrived quickly after that.

They sent a Mercedes mini bus for 4! Driver was early and checked on us by phone/msgs upon arrival. Professional and courteous.
