Información de la terminal de cruceros: Los cruceros llegan a diferentes terminales (A, B, C, D, E o H). Le informaremos de su terminal exacto 24 horas antes de la llegada. También recibirá los detalles de la terminal una vez que esté a punto de desembarcar. Simplemente salga de su terminal asignado y verá a su conductor esperando afuera con una tarjeta de identificación para facilitar la identificación

Our first driver was not on time and arrived around 15 min late due to traffic. Sent a small Prius taxi for transport from the cruise port for a reservation for 4 adults. We could not fit our luggage in it and had to wait approximately 20 min in the heat for another taxi which was also small. We all had to have bags on our laps.

Matt, our tour guide, was VERY knowledgeable.. He was very good at talking to all of us as a group, not talking while walking so we would all get the information. He was understandable, and he has excellent interpersonal skill.

Pickup was easy for our group of six and lots of luggage. Communication via What's App was great. It eased the stress of leaving the cruise port with a larger group. We would have taken taxis, but we needed a guaranteed ride to meet up with an early tour.
