Excellent communication from Viator and through the local service-Kojji. Initially, I was nervous at first not being greeted with a sign for identification in the airport. However, through WhatsApp messages, we were able to meet our driver immediately in the exact spot designated. 2 thumbs up!

Great service, good communication, very nice vehicle, great driver and character, they tracked our flight so they knew exactly when we landed in Melboure as we were slightly delayed and this was easily managed. They called as soon as we landed and confirmed where the pickup point was ans they will be waiting for us.

Driver was waiting for us when we landed and made contact with Instructions timed so I would recive as we landed. Driver was friendly and professional and made the stress of getting from the airport to hotel with a family and luggage super easy, Have since booked the service again to get us back to the airport once our holiday is completed

We were supposed to be met at the arrival hall at the airport. We arrived got our bags and then after contacting driver many times still had to wait outside for him to arrive. We were supposed to be given bottled water, we were offered nothing. Driver was friendly however. The cost of this short drive was way over priced so expected a hassle free experience. We did not get that. So we are getting an Uber back to the airport for a much cheaper price.
