Sadly our driver was late. While others were picked up we had to ring to find out if the driver was coming. She gave us great info when she arrived but we were hounded non-stop while waiting, and waiting.

We did not get picked up so ended up taking a cab after waiting 30 minutes. I repeatedly sent messages that we were waiting and finally said we were leaving and I expected a complete refund. When I finally got to my hotel room and checked my emails I had already been refunded my cost through Viator. I was pleased that I did not have to file a claim. I gave my flight number so the driver should have know where I was departing customs from.

This resulted in miscommunication and the driver failed to meet up with you. However, we regret the disruption this caused. We’re glad our office promptly processed your refund through Viator.
