The airline took an hour to get our luggage off the plane and then we found out they lost our luggage. The driver, Jamal, was so nice and helpful. He was willing to go do another transfer while he waited for us to get our issue resolved. We are so grateful to him!!
Great communication but execution fell short. Main goal for us booking a private pickup is to have a driver ready for us once we get past customs. Unfortunately after spending close to two hours in customs we had to wait another 30 minutes for the driver to arrive. It probably would have been faster to grab a taxi ourselves.

We also advised that this could involve a short additional wait, but it would allow us to complete your transfer instead of cancelling it as a no-show. We understand that waiting after a long flight is frustrating, but we’re pleased we were able to successfully complete your transfer and get you safely to your destination. Driver communicated before trip with pick up details. Driver communicated at arrival of his location and sign he would have displayed. Driver assisted with luggage, confirmed drop off location and was professional and polite.
