I paid for two passenger both round trip. Arrival was fine we found the company and our name, waited about 20 min for the car to come. Driver was professional and friendly. However, we never received an update for departure. I sent a message by viatour and on WhatsApp using the number they provided and never heard back. So we ended up having to request an uber.
Both drivers were super friendly with us. We felt really welcome to the country. Our way back to the airport the driver went beyond since my mom had an accident while we visited the country and he helped us a lot getting my mom to the car and getting a wheelchair for her at the airport. Fee we paid was ok for the type of car we got and the 5 of us. Totally will recommend them
It was quick and easy soon as i walked out side i seen my name talk to them to confirm everything and i was on my way to my resort within ten mins
Our flight got cancelled and we submitted a refund and they denied it . They stopped answering messages and wouldn’t pick up the call. How do you make customers pay for a service they don’t and can’t even use. We didn’t even get to the destination and you have the audacity to charge us for the booking. Horrible service and company. Dios sabe lo que hacen , y espero que Karma lo busquen.
We are very sorry that your flight was canceled and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. However, the refund request was submitted after the cancellation window had passed. Our policy allows a full refund when a reservation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Although the flight cancellation was outside your control, the vehicle and driver had already been reserved and scheduled exclusively for your booking. For that reason, the reservation was no longer eligible for a refund. We also sincerely apologize if you experienced difficulty reaching our team, as every customer deserves a timely response and a clear explanation. We respect your disappointment, but we want to clarify that the charge was applied according to the cancellation policy accepted when the reservation was made—not because we intended to take payment unfairly.

I'm still in Dominican Republic. I just arrived yesterday and was greeted at the exit of the airport with a sign with my name on it. The ride was great as well as the driver. Highly recommend!!! AAAAA+++++
