Our driver arrived at out hotel a few minutes early for our transfer and was eager to help load all our luggage. The driver only spoke Spanish but was very eager to share information about the region and the sites along the way. Luckily my wife speaks Spanish so we were able to receive a brief tour as we drove towards our Santiago hotel. Great driver and a reliable service.
Driver was on time. He was courteous and drove well. Very smooth transfer that could not have gone better.
The route from Santiago to vineyard of the sea and Valparaiso is spectacular both outbound and back you can pass excellent vineyards and tour in them
After my ship arrived at Le Boreal a little earlier in Valparaiso, I contacted the agency and the very good English speaking employee of Ruta Chile, organized an earlier transfer without delay. Perfect! The driver arrived at the terminal a short time later with a legible name tag. The vehicle was extremely modern and almost too big for me as a solo traveler. The quiet, safe journey took a good 1.5 hours to get to the hotel. For me it was worth the 170 EUR. I highly recommend the agency.
<p>Prompt pickup from the dock, and to the hotel with no problems. The driver was courteous, but didn't speak english, which would have been nice, since we could have got some information about Chile on the hour and a half drive. But I didn't pay for a tour, just transport, so all was well.</p>
<p>Excellent,the driver was on time and courtious. I thought it was a private transfer but we had to share the van with another couple.</p>
