This was by far the worst airport transfer experience I have ever had. We were four adults traveling with an 8-month-old baby, so reliability and safety were essential. Shortly after leaving the airport, we got a flat tire on the highway. The driver didn’t even know where the tools or spare tire equipment were located, which delayed any attempt to deal with the situation. Even worse, there was no replacement vehicle available. Instead of arranging proper assistance, the driver actually suggested that we call an Uber to pick us up on the side of the highway. This was completely unrealistic and, in my opinion, unsafe—especially while traveling with an infant. We ended up stranded on the side of the highway for about 1.5 hours. To make matters worse, the child seat provided was not functioning properly, creating additional safety concerns from the start of the journey. I understand that flat tires can happen, but a professional transportation company should have emergency procedures, trained drivers, and a backup vehicle available. None of that happened here. The lack of preparation, poor handling of the situation, and complete absence of customer support turned what should have been a simple airport transfer into an extremely stressful experience. I booked through Viator expecting reliable, vetted providers. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations, and I cannot recommend this transfer service to other travelers, especially families with young children.
Our flight arrived earlier than scheduled, and a call to TripAdvisor to let them know we were ready an hour ahead of time was successful. We were told precisely where to meet our driver, and he was there within minutes. There were five of us in an eight person coach, which was immaculate and comfortable. Our driver was both friendly and professional with his driving and luggage handling. We could not have asked for better service.
Our driver was prompt and called us to track us down when we could not locate each other. Would use this service again! Highly recommend.
Heathrow is crowded and parking is a mess. Driver was very good and communicated frequently which helped.
Aneta was a very experienced driver of over 10 years. We greeted us immediately as we exited the airport and assisted us with our luggage. She was smartly dressed and very professional. She provided interesting and informative conversation during our trip. She got us to our lodging location in a timely manner.
Had a little trouble finding the driver in the airport. Had to call their phone number to find out who our driver was and had to find them. Other than that the drive was nice. Be aware if you have more than three in your party then someone will have to ride in rear-facing seats. My son got car sick but luckily they were able to pull over in time. Still a WAY better option than handling trains to get there and cheaper than a taxi.
