El representante de la empresa se encontrará delante del andén «C» esperándole con una tableta en la que estará escrito su nombre. Edgar was honestly amazing from start to finish. He drove us from the airport to our resort and also handled our return transportation, and everything went so smoothly both times. The car was super clean and comfortable, and he even had drinks and snacks ready for us, which was such a nice touch after traveling. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell he cares about his clients and pays attention to the little details. A huge thank you to Edgar for making our transportation so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him and STP Caribe to anyone!

Amazing experience & this was my second time using this company. I love the customer service and the way they decorate the vehicle.
I would give this company 5 stars, but my initial experience with the greeter took away from it. I was already in Cancun and returned to the airport specifically to meet my girlfriend, who arrived later on a separate flight for her birthday. When I explained that she was still waiting for her checked bags, the greeter asked how long she would be, and seemed annoyed when I couldn’t give an answer—as if I’m supposed to know when the airport will start releasing luggage. He then told me to step to the side and walked off to pull up another client’s name on the tablet. I felt dismissed. If pickup timing is that strict, the service really shouldn’t be based solely on flight landing time, especially when passengers must still go through customs and wait for baggage. She eventually arrived and we went up to him to proceed with our transfer On a positive note, once we connected with our driver, the experience was excellent. The vehicle was clean, snacks and drinks were available and good quality, and the driver was very friendly and informative. The car was decorated with balloons exactly as I requested for her birthday, and there was even WiFi. Everything after that point was top-tier. I would absolutely use this service again, but the greeting process could definitely be improved.
